Volunteer

In order to achieve our vision of “unveiling potential through exposure”, we need individuals that are willing to make time in their busy schedules to make a difference in the lives of children. Our volunteer opportunities aren’t limited to those with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) backgrounds or those who live in Metropolitan Atlanta or DMV (DC, Maryland and Virginia) area.   We have a diverse set of  volunteer opportunities, including virtual opportunities, which will allow you to donate your time and professional expertise to promote student achievement and career exploration in STEM. Our volunteer opportunities are in two categories.

Programs Volunteers- Individuals that live in Atlanta or the DMV areas and  have a STEM background, STEM undergraduate or graduate students or a STEM professional that are interested in engaging students in hands on STEM and/or career exploration activities or want to judge STEM Fairs.  Our programs volunteer serve as STEM Career Fair Exhibitors, Teen Science Cafe Speakers, STEM Fair Judges and go to schools and community organizations for STEM Events and STEM them week celebrations.

Operations Volunteers- The majority of these opportunities are virtual opportunities and can be done by any individual with any background that lives in any part of the world. The opportunity include special event coordination, graphic design, marketing and advertising, database management, public and community relations, website design and maintenance.
