Keli Fleming Holmes is an Operations Leader with over 15 years’ experience implementing end-to-end solutions with the successful integration of people, processes and systems. As a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Integration at Advance Auto Parts,  she leads the delivery of strategic and transformational objectives across a network of 40+ distribution centers in the US and Canada. Prior to joining Advance,  Keli served in roles of increasing scope and leadership across Operations, Manufacturing, Sales Enablement, Supply Chain and Procurement in firms such as Cisco Systems, Lenovo, General Cable, Flextronics, and IBM.
 
Keli has earned a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a Master of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan,  and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Florida A&M University-Florida State University College of Engineering. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Master and Change Management Practitioner. Keli actively volunteers with Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, and serves on the Advisory Boards of the Fuqua School of Business and SEM Link, Incorporated. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with family, reading about leadership and watching crime and mystery television marathons!
