Ms. Niara Nicholas is currently Chief Commercial Officer at an emerging industry startup and Principal at Purposefull Marketing Solutions.  With over 15 years of experience in integrated marketing communications professional and product development, she has had extensive experience leading marketing and technical research teams for billion-dollar global consumer product brands across diverse categories. Niara has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as P&G, Johnson & Johnson, and Estee Lauder with both domestic and international experience.  Her work has ranged from the development and design of a process for a micronutrient beverage for low income markets in South America that addressed the malnutrition issues affecting young children to running the global insights organization for the top facial skincare brand.  
 
A native of California, she graduated from Florida A&M University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. In addition to her corporate experience, Ms. Nicholas has also founded a boutique consulting company, Purposeful Marketing Solutions focused on developing purpose driven consulting and coaching for both individuals and organizations.
