Dr. Saphronia R. Johnson serves as the Chief Technical Officer of The Delnai Group, LLC. She is a trained facilitator in compassion integrity, secular ethics, ministerial leadership, and restorative justice for community building.  Dr. Johnson is a believer in whole life living and works to identify and mitigate obstacles in living systems.  She is an advocate for intentional growth through diversity and inclusion.  Moreover, Saphronia is a staunch advocate for Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medical (STEM²) education and career-building in the community.  

Dr. Johnson is currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Natural Sciences and chair of the Gender and Sexual Diversity Committee at Life University located in Marietta, GA. In addition, she actively serves on several advisory boards in the Great Atlanta Metropolitan Area and has been recognized for her commitment to the social development of children and families. Dr. Johnson initiated and continues to support The Savion R. Johnson Literary Arts Scholarship in honor of her son, which provides annual monetary awards for up to twelve youth, ages 13 to 18 years old, regardless of academic standing or financial need.  Recently (2022), Dr. Johnson and two of her sisters launched “3 Docs and A Mic”: a video podcast of three sisters with terminal degrees sharing their personal and professional journeys. 

Dr. Johnson was raised in Berkeley/Oakland, CA, received her B.S. Degree in both Biology and Chemistry from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC, and awarded her Ph.D. in Biomedicinal Chemistry from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC.
